Records At Our Clinic Locations
Mews Medical provides appointments at Cromwell Hospital in Kensington and London Medical in Marylebone. When you attend an appointment, we enter your basic details, including your name, date of birth, contact details and appointment information, into the booking system at the location where you are seen. We also add your consultation note to that location’s clinical record.
This helps us manage your appointment, provide safe care and ensure an appropriate clinical record is kept at the location where you were seen. Your information remains confidential. Access is restricted to authorised people who need it for your care, appointment administration or appropriate clinical governance.
