Repeat Prescription Requests
For registered Mews Medical patients only

​​If you require a repeat prescription, please submit your request using the secure form below.

 

All requests are reviewed by one of our doctors to ensure safe and appropriate prescribing.  You may also include any relevant additional information to support your request.​

How you’ll receive your prescription

​

When completing the form, please select your preferred option:
 

• Electronic prescription (Clynxx)
  Sent electronically and can be taken to any pharmacy.
   

• Free home delivery (Pharmacierge)
  Usually delivered within 1–2 working days.
   

• London same-day delivery (Healistic)
  Usually delivered within 2 hours of prescription receipt by Healistic.
  NB £3.50 delivery fee payable directly to Healistic.
   

• UK-wide next-day delivery (Healistic)
  NB £3.50 delivery fee payable directly to Healistic

Important information

​

• This service is available to registered Mews Medical patients only.

• Repeat prescriptions can only be issued for medications previously prescribed by Mews Medical.

• Dose changes, new medications, or new symptoms require a consultation.

• If any information is unclear or further clinical review is required, one of our doctors may contact you before issuing the prescription.

Processing times

​

• We aim to process requests the same working day and always within 24 working hours.

• Requests submitted after Saturday lunchtime, on Sundays, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Fees

​

• A fee applies to controlled drug prescriptions.

• If no medication review has taken place over the past 12 months, you will be required to make an appointment for this before further prescriptions can be issued.
