Private Men's Health Checks in Kensington & Marylebone

At Mews Medical, we provide comprehensive private men’s health screening in London, designed for men who want a clear understanding of their health and risk factors.

Many common health conditions affecting men—including cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, and hormonal decline—develop gradually and often without obvious symptoms. A structured health assessment allows early identification of potential concerns and provides the opportunity to take proactive steps to protect long-term health.

Our screenings are designed for busy professionals who value efficiency, discretion, and expert medical guidance.

Many men delay seeking medical advice until symptoms appear. Preventative screening allows potential issues to be identified early, when interventions are most effective.

Flexible Appointment Lengths

Our health screening appointments can be booked as either a 60-minute or 90-minute consultation, allowing you to choose the level of assessment that best suits your time and priorities.  A 60-minute appointment is ideal for a focused health review and core investigations, whilst a 90-minute appointment allows additional time for more in-depth discussion, broader testing, or exploration of more complex health concerns.  This flexible structure allows you to remain in control of both the time and cost of your health assessment.

Your screening includes:

  • Detailed discussion of your medical history

  • A review of your family history to assess disease risk

  • Lifestyle assessment and discussion

  • Cardiac risk assessment

  • Detailed physical examination including skin check

  • Measurement of height, weight and blood pressure

  • Prostate screening (for over 45's or earlier if preferred)

  • Lung function testing

  • Urine test

  • Full comprehensive blood tests (charged separately)

  • Bowel cancer stool screening (where appropriate and charged separately)

Additional investigations can be arranged where clinically appropriate, allowing your health screening to be tailored to your individual risk factors and health concerns.  These may include:

  • Sexually transmitted infection (STI) screening

  • Hormonal assessment

  • Prostate MRI

  • Coronary artery assessment (CT coronary angiogram or CT calcium score)

  • Lung cancer screening

  • Bone density (DEXA) scan

Following your private health screening you will receive a comprehensive written report summarising your consultation, including a detailed analysis of your results and personalised recommendations for ongoing health and prevention.
